::Customer service has been below expectations for the last 3 times i have been visiting. I would anyday prefer Dominos Fitzroy Street over St. Kilda East. An employee named Rahul is one of the rudest persons i have ever come across. He told me i am the first customer to complain, i wish i am the last one because there is no way it is going to be open for long if this is how you treat customers.

::Clean store with attentive staff, there can be a bit of a wait so we order online ahead of time to pickup in the store. The floor manager always is on-top of who is waiting and does a good job getting keeping everyone uptown date on their order eta :D

::Terrible! Ordered a pizza and some sides over the phone, waited over an hour and it never showed up so I rang the store. They told me I never ordered anything after my card had already been charged. Left me on hold for another 20 minutes trying to find it. Apparently the person who took the order finished her shift and just walked away didn't put through the order but charged my account.
