  Seems they can't keep record of purchases that I was asked to make for the property that I am now at a loss for. Will be taking the matter further. Can not believe how much of a hassle it has been to deal with them since ending my tenancy.

  If you're a student and you're dealing with this agent, expect to be consistently overlooked. I'd like to write a short book about my entire experience with this agent, but I'm sure I'd be plagiarising some other poor student's story. The most unprofessional real estate practice I've had the misfortune of dealing with. Late to inspections - if they show up. You were approved? Then expect 'No sorry, we have no record of that, but we've now approved someone else and won't bother showing you any alternatives' If we're getting into the nitty-gritty of their professionalism (among many other unprofessional practices, excluding the ones mentioned) I was offered the wrong price for a property by the receptionist who threw out my application before consulting the property manager about the price she had negotiated with me. Google reviews barely scratch the surface of the many people who have had the same misfortune of myself.
