    Excellent option for inner city exercise! The studio is bright and airy, the instructors are knowledgeable and the class times offered are convenient. Love the varied membership options too.

    A fantastic option for inner city fitness. Both studios are slick and super clean, with ample tea and apples on offer for that quiet moment before class. The reformer pilates classes provide the right balance of technique and physical challenge, with each instructor showing their own style and personality. I find the timetable varied with plenty of options for classes at both locations.

    As a yoga aficionado I never gave much thought to Pilates, but decided to give it a try. Breathe Wellbeing offers an EXCELLENT array of teachers and classes, as well as a pretty spread out timetable to fit all needs, from the early morning risers, lunchtime quickies to the after work sweat session. After a my trial month with Breathe I feel stronger and certainly more fit! I only wish there was a larger variety of options for yoga classes!

    I absolutely love Breathe Wellbeing. From the minute I walked in, I knew this was the place for me. The calmness, the light, the staff...everything is just gorgeous. I am a little obsessed with Reformer Pilates L1 and I cannot wait to try Breathe Barre. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because I tried the Beginner Yoga and I think for a beginner class, there were just too many people and not enough focus on the participants. The teacher was also not elevated, so it made it very hard to see if you were anywhere but the front row. Maybe yoga is just not for me! Everything else is just fab.
