  Great doctor and surgeon. Nothing more to say other than top of the pile when it comes to medical knowledge about ears.

  Cochlea implant surgery end to end care was brilliant. A lovely man and an impassioned surgeon.

  My partner has been seeing Dr Kong for many years. His previous Theresa was "amazing" ( my partners words) and she would always come back from the appointment very happy with how she was treated. Theresa no longer works in his practice and since then my partner has been treated so rudely and " off hand" that she is considering going elsewhere. I sent an email which was not returned for 3 days with the promise that the staff will be spoken to I run my own business so know the importance of good customer service - let's hope for Dr Kong that his staff can be trained to treat his patients in a more courteous manner

  Dr Kong is an amazing man in every way. As a Doctor he is an absolute miracle worker but as a person he is the kindest man and truely cares about each and every patient. He took so much time and interest in how my life had been affected but also spoke and supported my children husband and family members through it all and still nearly 4 years on continues to do so. I was not the only one anyone I have referred him to (which is quiet a few now) has said the same "what a kind, caring and brilliant Doctor" he gave me my life back. Along with him his staff are just as supportive and caring nothing was ever to much trouble or effort for them Dr J Kong and his wonderful team are angels.
