  1/ I ordered (qty 8) of one part on the 6th October 2015 that were shown in stock, (I could have got them from China or USA through EBay but they were in Australia so I paid the premium to get them quicker & picked the Delivery method: 3kg Regular Post (2-7 Days) 2/ Rang on the 15th October wondering where the parts were I rang them and was told they were one short of the 8 I ordered and so they decided not to ship anything. I was not notified of this, so I was checking the post everyday thinking where are they with furniture moved and cables hanging out of the wall waiting on the small part ordered to complete the job. 3/ In that phone call I was told the missing item would arrive Tuesday 20th and I would get some tracking details through the email when it arrived and was shipped (That never happened) (After the stuff around of not sending anything and not telling me, in my line of work where I clearly had let someone down I would have sent the items Express Posted to the customer, of course this was never offered) 4/ After not receiving any notification of shipping I again rang them on the 21st to confirm if the item had arrived. I was told I think so and leave it with me I will send you tracking details in 10 minutes (That never happened) 5/ I rang them again on 26th and told them twice I have been promised a tracking number, so I was given 'JAS0000801' (tried it on Australia Post Website and told me invalid tracking number) (I was also told in that phone call that the problem lay with a Salesmen who has since gone, but the voice in the background who was passing on the tracking number to the lady who answered my call was the same voice that told me I would receive the tracking details in 10 minutes on the 21st and the same voice in the background on the 16th). 6/ Note: My credit card was also debited the amount of the order on the 6th not on the day it was supposably shipped as most reputable companies would have done. 7/ So here I am 20 days later and I still don’t have the order, I don't get answers to my emails and any information given to me over the phone is one lie after the next. I could have got this part from China in 7 days, I could have got this part from the USA in 14 days. So people wonder why people shop online from overseas companies instead of buying from Australia, I think Dueltek answered that in one supposably simple transaction. Absolutely atrocious service from my first (and last) order with Dueltek...If this item does not arrive tomorrow I will be calling my bank to claim this transaction as fraudulent as I don't think this order has ever been shipped at all.. I doubt this review (as only good ones get posted) will ever see the light of day on Dueltek's web site, so I copied it to mine first.
