  Just a wonderful experience, recently used them for 2 home building inspections when looking for our new home. They were very prompt and we had the comprehensive reports the day of inspections. Highly recommended 😊

  Recently contacted East Coast Building Inspections and was extremely happy with there prompt service and professionalism. They carried out the inspection, informed us of the findings and even gave us advise for repairs. I have no hesitation in highly recommending this company to carry out inspections on anyone's property.

  Travis and Sarah gave us confidence in purchasing a property we were not able to inspect ourselves (interstate). Their detailed report painted exactly what we were purchasing and allowed us to make a tough decision in not buying a property we were emotionally attached to and, instead, went with a second smarter property. Travis' knowledge and experience are definitely worth the money, saving us potentially $100,000! We used their service twice this purchase, will again in the future and highly recommend other home buyers do if they want to know exactly what they are purchasing!   Best service both customer service and inspection hands down. You definitely get your money's worth. Travis took as long as I needed to talk me through the entire report. Sarah was extremely helpful and accommodating. I will recommend them every time and go back to use them again.
