::RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF! I had an appointment at 3.45pm and it was a 20mins drive to get there. I called at 3.30 saying I was running 5 (maybe 10, depending on traffic) minutes late - out of courtesy. The receptionist said the doctor himself was SLIGHTLY behind so all good, but if I were to be any longer than that then it wasnât gonna be ok. So I left in a hurry and beat traffic and got there at 3.45. Then I hear TWO other patients being called in from my doctor. If thereâs two patients waiting in front of me how does that make him SLIGHTLY behind? Thatâs at least a half hour wait! And why threaten me that 5-10 mins late were ok but not longer than that?? I complained to the receptionists and they couldnât care less, they were sooo rude. The old one even said âyou shouldnât have sped through trafficâ. At the end I was finally seen by the doctor at 4.25. NEVER GOING BACK!

::Have never had a bad experience. Great, friendly receptionists through to the best doctors. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Thanks for providing such a wonderful service!
Not Happy
::Went in for a medical certificate for a pre existing medical condition and was charged $75 due to Doctor Myers picking and choosing who he decideds to bulk bill . Despite having a Pension and Health care card . Reception staff however are friendly and helpful. Had good experience with other Doctors at Clinic .

::Dr.Briggs is a very caring and knowledgeable doctor. Takes his time and explains everything. No long waits. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
