  Went to purchuse god of war and the chick was friendly up to the point I asked if they price matched, once relaising jb had it for basically half the price she was quite rude abd abrupt, what do u expect when you charge the highest prices amongst all gaming retailers?dont take it out in the costumers shopping around

  Rude staff. Visited with my son, he lined up at the counter to ask a question about a game he wanted to purchase. When it was his turn staff treated us like he had pushed in, which he hadn’t. Staff continued to humiliate us as we walked out of the store, apologising to other customer for us “pushing in” which again we did not. Unacceptable. This is our local store but we won’t be coming back. She owes my son an apology for her rudeness.

  Always love looking around and searching for any new release items. Place has an amazing range of different video games and consoles to buy, with sometimes decent prices. Staff very knowledgeable on games and also helpful. Most recently went with a friend and mum in November, and as usual loved it there.
