We enjoyed the holiday very much. The price was very good and no issue with the cruise, transfer and flight. The only issue we had was receiving all the holiday related documents from you. I had to chase twice to get them sent to my email address in last minute. It was not a good feeling.

Our cruise and 6 day Best of Japan tour was excellent. Weather was good every day and even Norwegian Jewel Captain congratulated passengers for the excellent management of the weather. All the ports of call were different and offered many aspects of Asia. The add on days in Japan were magical. Our guide AKI made everything work and was full of information and advice. The included meals gave an insight into Japanese culture ,each on different including our dinner with the geisha. Many thanks for all at e-cruising who put the package together. Our group included some couples who were using e-cruising for the first time and they were so impressed they will be coming back as we have done many times. Again our sincere thanks for a fantastic tour,Judi and Peter Dowdell

The Empire Dining Room meals were 4 star, the entertainment in the Empire room was 5 star. A very enjoyable experience, to be looked forward to every day. Deck 6 Balcony Stateroom was great. All staff were courteous pleasant and attentive. The 12 night cruise in the Pacific was superb.

First time cruisers. Took the Carnival Legend on a 5 night cruise to see how we liked this form of holiday. Overall value of ticket was good but prices on board for liquor and wine was way over the top. The food was good but being an American Line it was not fat free - hence the size of many on board. Unfortunately there was only one restaurant, the other food areas were buffet style and basically a free for all which did not make for pleasant dinning. 2500 people on board and we were told we would not notice the crowds - we noticed the crowds! As much as we liked the relaxation of cruising ( gentle ship movement and watching the sea) we would not do a Carnival cruise again, but would look for something a bit more quieter with less people. The entertainment was really pretty bad and amateurish. The 3 stars was for the cruising not for Carnival.

Thanks for the opportunity to review our Australian Open cruise. Could not fault the staff who were always obliging and willing to help. The Pacific Eden had ample facilities and there was entertainment available to suit all passengers if they wished to participate. Embarking and disembarking was faultless. On board restaurants excellent. On the minus side hand sanitation facilities were sparce. The Ocean view cabin with portholes ,not windows as advertised, were not worth the extra cost over an inside cabin
