  Nice spot and all tht staff were pleasant, enjoyed the wine but must say didn't think any of the food we had was particularly good. We had a sharing plate a side and a dessert. Pretty average would have expected better, a shame.

  We visited Edgecombe on a Friday evening. Struggling to find parking in front of the venue should have been a bad omen. We were waiting for 1 burger on our table for more than 2 hours. Even sending several scouts to enquire did not put that burger on our table. We later experienced some anymosity in response to our persistent asking. We did get our money back as compensation but my friend remarked that she could unfortunately not eat it. In the end three burgers arrived at our table and the waiter really looked lost when we said that we were not waiting for 3 burgers. The sad thing is that the very nice waitress had to cop the punch and abuse from the chef and she arrived at our table almost in tears. Honestly if you cant cope with a crowd, do not allow more people in than your kitchen can handle.

  Such a big amount of food, sorry but probably won't be able to finish it. Relaxed. Service was good.

  Great place to visit in both summer and winter for a food and wine experience. Try the gourmet burgers the best of the rest. Very popular with the locals for the seasonal asparagus and broadbeans organically grown of course. Good parking great for families and friends. You won't be disappointed.

  Absolutely amazing friendly staff. First time there for sure not last. Good food in good prices. Definitely a place worth recommending.
