  I simply cannot fault the quality however i do suggest offering an express post option and only using australia post as it took two days for my package to arrive. The ice packs were completely melted and the moisture from them had damaged the overall finish of the flowers resulting in the chocolates coming away from them.

  Amazing customer service, beautiful and unique gifts. Very fast and efficient delivery, all arrived in perfect condition! would highly recommend and definitely use them again

  I paid for same day delivery and item didn’t arrive, when I contacted them initially I was told it’s on its way and still didn’t arrive. The next morning I called and was told I’d get a call back, I had to call up again 2 hours later to find out that they aren’t sure what happened to my order they’ll make a new one and refund my delivery fee. Not only was the element of surprise spoilt as I had to check to see if item arrived, but also the numerous times I had to contact the company. I expected a discount on my product not a refund of the delivery fee as it would have been free delivery anyway. Poor customer service I feel. After my review and a follow up message I received a full refund of my product. This was above and beyond what I expected. Thank you

  Item was never delivered. Called and was advised I'd get a call back with a status update, never received a call back. Stick with Roses Only, they are easily the best in Australia and have never let me down.

  Absolutely wonderful customer service. I bought this on a whim when my favourite flower shop was unavailable and am immensely pleased with that decision. They are miracle workers over at Edible Blooms. Both me and my Fiance are super happy with our Luxury Chandon Lover Bouquet!
