  We have been with Elders since March 2017, We are very impressed with how they manage with problems and maintenance regarding our rental. Janice Cash has been wonderful with maintence and any issues we may have with the property. We definitely want to stay with this real estate. We have been with a few different rentals in Brisbane and this real estate is by far the best we've been with.

  Be careful when you rent house with them. Record entry condition carefully.

  Elders have done a terrific job in managing our investment property in Bucasia! They were able to secure market value rent within 2 days of the property becoming vacant and the tenants that they selected are wonderful! As far as communication goes, We could not be happier. Our property manager Zoe Knight is always happy to help. As this house is the first that my husband and I have bought, we were very nervous about tenanting it, but Elders have made this process completely stress free. We know our house is in good hands! 😊

  Elders Mackay will not publish this, but its important that people are aware of what they are getting themselves into when dealing with this branch and in particular Zoe Knight. Her style of managing issues, approach and ability to treat you in the worst possible patronizing and sarcastic manner will leave you with a bitter experience can cost you money. Zoe is clearly driven by maintaining commission and properties. If she is your property Manger - note EVERYTHING that is an issue and document in full any issue along with escalation to RTA. Sally her boss will not help - so do yourself a favour. Don't go near this business with a barge pole or if you are a customer - be wary of them

  I recently rented a property through Elders Mackay. Janice Cash and the staff were courteous and helpful. Easy to get along with and work with. Which is much more than I can say for me previous rental with Blacks Real Estate Mackay.
