::Absolutely terrible!! Booked and they cancelled a day before!! How are you meant to find a carpet cleaning in one day! Booked weeks in advance and they send a simple text changing the appointment time without asking. I'm not available at their changed time so they cancel!! Do not rely on this terrible company especially if it's for an end of lease clean. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL! Worst choice.

::Got told a price over the phone, when they turned up to do the job they tryed to charge me another $40, a total of $210 to clean a lounge. The guy who turned up was very rude about the situation and not understanding at all. Very disappointed.

::If I could give 0 stars I would! Atrocious customer service! I made a booking on the 23rd of August for a house to have the carpets cleaned on the 5th of October...so plenty of time ahead! The day prior to the booking I received a text saying they couldn't make it! It was impossible to find someone to clean a house in the short amount of time. It was for an end of lease clean so it's not something that I could have postponed to do in a few weeks as I had to hand the keys back. I even tried to have them come out the following day at anytime, however they said they were fully booked and "could not fit me in". EXTREMELY UNRELIABLE, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!

::Hi yesterday had your carpet cleaners in to do my elderly mother's bedroom carpet they found $100 under her bed I wish to applaud them for their great work and honesty once again thankyou this was in Mayfield Newcastle so you know who you both are I would highly recommend these 2 boys to do your carper
