  I would highly advise not getting a wax here. Double dipping it's just gross. Not holding my skin taught is just cruel. Putting wax on my skin that hasn't cooled down slightly is torture. Awful experience.

  I had a long and luxurious facial at Ella Bache today courteously of a gift voucher and it was lovely! Sandy, the staff member who looked after me did a great job of assessing my skin and selecting the appropriate treatments. There was a definite difference in my complexion after, looking fresh and well hydrated. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of some pampering.

  Usually I come here and they do an amazin job on my eyebrows, but I went there today, after having finally gotten the shape i like a few weeks ago, I went today to just get my eyebrows tidied up, as I told her, i just want them evened up a bit. Instead, when I look at the mirror after my appointment, she has completely changed the shape and gotten rid of the arch in my eyebrows. Not a happy customer.
