  I always love having facials at Ella Bache Portside. The ladies are lovely and my skin glows afterwards. I especially like Sherri - her soft energy & empathetic conversation make it a very relaxing experience.

  I booked a 45 min facial but as the beautician was running late we started almost 10 min late and the beautician then finished the facial on time so it was really just a 35 min facial. The beautician then made a concerted effort to sell me products. They should be honest and advertise it as a 35 minute facial and a 10 min sales pitch. I left feeling like I had been short changed and I definitely won't go back there and won't recommend this to anyone.

  So impressed at the level of customer service this team provides. Myself and my partner have both had amazing experiences here with the staff going above and beyond. Waxing services were hygienic, professional and efficient & my partner said it was the best facial she has ever had. Keep up the good work
