  The worst gym you could possibly imagine. The trainers are great, but the front desk staff are entirely incapable at greeting, smiling or acknowledging guests. Speaking of which, the patrons are awful. Mostly steroid taking, overly tanned and totally obnoxious. Everyone has 'Family' tattooed on their neck, is this a requirement? Why do they all have the same tattoo? It baffles me, honestly. On a daily basis, I see people push others out of the way to get to machines, groups of girls who all match their outfits to jog on the treadmille and groups of guys who take more selfies than lift weights. But more than anything, I just feel sorry for the mirrors, as they are constantly molested by the plumped up, vain and totally vapid patrons who stare at themselves constantly.

  One of the most, if not pretentious gyms I have ever been to... Staff were fine but the patrons are some of the worst when it comes to gym culture. Have been a member of gyms like Worlds Gym where you get the big bodybuilders but this gym made me feel uncomfortable due to the unbearable patrons. Some one asked me to get out of his way to "see how good he looks" in the mirror... Would not recommend.

  This review is based on experiences in conjunction with hotel renovations at The Star Casino Hotel (formerly Jupiters). I am a guest of the hotels. Upon booking nothing was indicative until arrival of gymnasium renovations being incomplete and passes being given for an agreement with EMF Pacific Fair. It is a really annoying set up with a pass needing to be used each visit to the gym. Passes are allocated daily at reception and I train split sessions (I'll also add i am a PT and on vacation). Upon arrival to the gym practices changed daily, over the 3 days which i visited. A sure sign that how they would manage it wasnt entirely thought over. At the end of my 3rd day i was advised theyd be speaking to the hotel as they 'are unsure if 2 passes can be used per day and theyve been given a good deal already.' 1- Not my problem to the gym/hotel casino 'deal' Im a paying guest and if the gym in the hotel was available Id go as many times as i liked. 2- Agreements between club and hotel are to be made between them, nothing to do with me 3-The hotel issued me 2 passes per day 4-Nothing was said until my last day of use 5- The gym is criticising wishing to workout which is contradictory to all ethics and standards of promoting health and fitness 6- 1 star has been given for cleanliness and new ergonomic equipment.

  Staff are amazing, extremely informative and helpful. They greet us with a smile every time we enter and exit the gym plus do GREAT coffees! The facilities are amazing! Plenty of variety of things not available in common 24/7 centres and lots of double ups so we aren't waiting for 1 piece of equipment. Would highly recommend you have a look around and strongly consider joining.
