  Absolutely impeccable service and facilities!! I surprised my fiancé with a night away from the busy lifestyle we both lead for his birthday and I am so pleased that I picked Emporium Hotel! The hotel is exquisite and the service is the best we’ve ever had. There was a birthday card and chocolate on the bed awaiting our arrival which was such a thoughtful touch and we were offered a turn down service (bottled water and a delicious pillow chocolate). We both had the best sleep we’ve had in a long time - the bed was so comfortable, the pillows incredible, the AC was at the perfect temperature and the block out curtains are my new favourite thing. There was no noise or interruptions and even though we only stayed one night (we both wished it was for longer!!) we left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Thank you Emporium! We cannot wait to visit again!

  What a pleasure to find a lovely hotel like this in the city. Personality plus. Friendly helpful staff who can’t do enough for you. We were just thinking we are not coming back to Brisbane and then stumbled across this lovely place with atmosphere. Great job 😊👍

  The concerige here is the best we have encountered thus far. They helped us make an important deal happen. They went above and beyond by shipping a large item internationally for us. Additionally, they made restaurant reservations for me and even helped me by providing lady staff members to help me try on outfits. I was blown away by the service here. The rooms are beautiful, the bathrooms are modern and have luxury products. The pool area is gorgeous, well maintained, and provides a wonderful city view. I could not say enough good things about this place!
