  "Exquisite has done an excellent job", we had our home automation system installed by another company with many issues, I called Exquisite came out and fixed all of my issues they "simplified our system making it easy to use". Their technical knowledge is amazing and "their customer service is excellent". "Very pleased with our system". Great work from the team.

  I have had many dealings with the team from Exquisite. It's always a pleasure dealing with Joe and his technicians. The service that they provide is excellent and they are always willing to assist with services that are outside their scope. Always happy to find the best solution and get it working!! They are able to do way more than just alarms, audio and visual. Would highly recommend the team at exquisite!!

  Contacted Exquisite AV about a year back in regards to my home renovations. The owner met up with me at my home & together we discussed what exactly it was that I was after & the best way to achieve it. The guys came, did the work, & finished everything off in a very professional manner. I was very pleased with the end result & would thoroughly recommend Exquisite AV to anyone.

  Used Exquisite Audio to install a house alarm in 2010. The manager, Joe was friendly and seemed to know what he was doing, but when things go wrong they do not back their products. They were meant to hook up the alarm to a watering system as well and put the wires in the wrong place. Then they tried to charge me extra, stating that the watering system needed an extra servo (despite this being in the original quote). The alarm didn't work well from day one and now, a little over 4 years later I have to switch it off and get it replaced. Exquisite won't support the product as they had "too many issues with it". Basically it seems the company is good if everything works, but if it fails and they actually have to lift a finger to fix it, forget about it. Now they don't even want to get involved with their own product! sensors have fallen off, the alarm goes off for no reason and the keypad beeps off and on. Do you think they are remotely interested in coming out to fix it - not a chance. This was the second time I used them for a house build, but never again. Be cautious and have the number for Consumer and Business Affairs handy. Oh and if you do use them, my advise is to not argue your rights with them, they will simply cut you off and not provide post sales service.
