  Cheaply built homes, not willing to take responsibility for issues brought to their attention caused by their inability to manage their contractors and subcontractors. Not willing to offer any assistance to their customer/client base. If I could I'd give no stars and no recommendations at all.

  We built a house in Seaford Meadows 🏡 we are currently going to build again in Seaford Heights custom design Great bonuses also Kitchen/ Bathroom Airconditioning and 2700 ceilings 😀

  No issues so far, staff have been friendly and helpful. We have just finished are selections and the final builders interview so we'll how things go from here.

  These are facts not an opinion: - Several scratches on the walls (before we moved in), when a worker to come in to fix it he said he would have to use our painting which we are supposed to keep for future scratches, shouldn't he bring his own painting? - unpainted laundry walls - Spaces in-between silicone in the bathroom - Broken floor tile - Exceedingly defected ceilings full of bumps; uneven painting - Cracked concrete - The level of our house is lower than other houses - Water leaks from the garage into the bedrooms - Everything looks like it was done by a beginner When the inspector came he said that most of these are "Australian Standard Work", but does Australian standards accept things like that??

  Just build a small group of town houses with Fairmont. Very happy with the outcome and quality of the build. The site supervisor made the whole process very easy and kept me informed through the process. They helped me through the whole planning process to ensure the best use of the land that i had purchased.
