::I will never go Fantastic Furniture ever again. Firstly, the sofa I received was damaged (marks, material coming out and the sofa bed pull was also ripped off). When I called to ask for a replacement, the person on the phone wasn't helpful at all which led to us going in in person. When we did, we weren't taken seriously until we showed photos to a manager who only then agreed we should receive a placement. We also asked for the ottoman we purchased to be refurbished and we told that wasn't possible. Further, it took three months for the sofa to be replaced. We had also ordered a dining table and chairs. The chairs all wobble and the table has two marks and a chunk missing from one of it's corners. Couldn't recommend this business to anyone.

::I used Google to look for cheap but reasonable quality office chairs for my spare room (set up office) and Fantastic Furniture Traralgon came up. I went in there today and bought the chair that I had seen online. I never knew just how much stuff they sold and it really looks Fantastic! I also saw a similar light that I had purchased in a cheap warehouse and the price was the same but Fantastic furniture "looked" better. Will certainly go back. Once i made the purchase i registered for offers and she even offered to take the flatpack out to my car.
