  Rude staff member. Requested that she check if the product we wanted was available at another store after she discovered that there were none available and she huffed at the request. It's typing for crying out loud. You don't actually have to go to another store.

  Bought a bed from factastic furniture osborne park today worst place ever the bed pieces did not go together i am very disappointed in this shop

  The Osborne Park is the absolute worst branch. I had such a bad experience. The customer truly doesnt come first with these people. Such appalling service. I will never go there ever...

  Bought a trundle today with ease. JULIE was an absolute sweetheart, very helpful and cheerful even at 9 in the morning. The warehouse is a bit of a drive, but once there the guys are efficient at grabbing stock. Will shop there again!
