  This gym is fantastic. Never do the same functional workout twice, the trainers are all experienced and really get the best out of you. The boxing class is a fantastic cardio workout.

  This is an amazing Gym with FANTASTIC Trainers! Karen's Women's Only Boxing Class at 9am Mondays and Wednesday is Hard Work but so much fun...... so many choices of classes and trainers who would NOT want to join up! Thanks Simon and Amanda :)
