  I have a signed contract with this gym for my partner and I with an agreed 6 weeks free each. They ignored the signed contract and charged us 2 weeks in. I brought it to their attention to fix it and they did. 1 week later they charged us again for 2 absurdly payments that make no sense within the contract. I am considering taking lawful action as they have continually stolen money from our accounts outside of our signed agreement. Contacting lawyers today. It's time a gym needs to be taught a lesson about theft.

  Disgusted. I went to trial a class today and was turned away by Linda the Yoga Instructor. I am pregnant and Linda told me not to do the class because she didn't want to be "responsible for me losing the baby?!" Sounds a bit drastic?! (My fourth child by the way) Though someone might think she was being caring, her manner was completely condescending and patronising as she glared at me with this expectant look like I should immediately pack up my things, and when I asked if I could just do half the class, she said I would 'disrupt the flow'. I have never felt more humiliated or unwelcome! It took me a lot effort to find a time during my busy day to fit in a trial class (on the last day before it expired), so thank you for kicking me out Linda! Safe to say you will never get my business and I'll be passing on this confidence-crushing experience to all my friends and family. (I have only ever been bothered to post one other review, so well done to you for making this experience worth sharing!)

  Enjoyed the experience whilst at the Gym with great facilities although moved interstate to cancel the membership and the staff have proved completely incompetent in being able to cancel a membership, even after the month cancellation I am still being charged and after numerous calls they are unable to resolve this. This has tarnished the entire fitness first experience.

  Visiting from Sydney. This club is amazing. All FF clubs should be like Mermaid Waters FF, clean, well equipped, friendly & helpful staff. Was nice holiday’s workout.

  As a member for many- many years now, there always seems to be on-going problems with the pool and spa's area 's. Today was just another example, neither of the two hot spa's were working and once again the pool was only slightly warm. There always seems to be problems with the audio systems re the water aerobics classes (as was to day again).
