::Get the opening hours right. The google listing states open until 8pm Wednesdays. I made a special trip into the city and was denied entry at 5:30pm! I phoned to check of course but, nobody answered the f*#king phone!

::Terrible. Tried to exchange shoes boxing day and was refused service. Told to come back another day. Seems they had my money so were not interested. I will never shop at any foot locker again. I am returning the 230 dollar item so they effectively lost a sale. I would encourage all those that are disgusted with this shop to encourage others not to purchase from them.

::Absolutely NO phone service what so ever.... I am not interested in going all the way into the city if I don't know whether they have what I want. in the end I bought the item from NIKE... Pretty POOR service in this day and age.
