  Been a few times now and was totally looked after politely and provisionally. Took my son in the other day and Guk fully gave us all his attention untill we had the right shoe and fit.

  From 10am the moment store opened I tried calling to see if they have an iyen in stock. 15 calls later over a 45min time period and still no one bothered to answer the phone. So I went into store and called out of curiosity and staff just stood around doing nothing ignoring the call.

  Asked to try a particular shoe in any colourway in 8.5 the boy was not happy that he had to stop conversation with a friend to help me. He got another guy to look for the size and i was given a 9 . When i said i asked for an 8.5 he gave me an 8 off the shelf and told me i should try anyway and went back to talking to his friend ... waste of time. Ill take my $230 to kickz101 in melbourne!!!

  I've called over 10 times in the space of an hour with no answer. Also called HO with no answer, and no return call so far. All other stores have been helpful and friendly.
