::Excellent dealership. I would recommend using them to service your Ford. Everyone there is very professional and friendly, even my girlfriend commented how friendly the customer service staff and the mechanics were. The prices are only a little more than franchise mechanics, but u get specialist service (which might save some money in correct diagnosis and preventing unnecessary repairs). ::Serviced my new Ford here. Have had to take the car back in multiple times and issues still not resolved that should have happened at the first time as everything was pointed out. No testing done after work carried out to see if it has addressed the concern for which the vehicle was brought in. They provided a loan car but doesn't help with the inconvenience of having to go back over and over to get basics done. My vehicle still shows a oil change required message even the vehicle was serviced just recently...one minor issue among multiple others. Not happy at all.

::Absolutely brilliant service. I have a company car and after rave reviews from my workmates about the North Melbourne service department, I took my car there too. What a pleasant & wonderful experience all round. Was offered the latest Mondeo as a loan car, and returned to find a perfectly washed car & fully serviced above all expectations. The reminders via email & follow up call was also great. Have dealt with other Ford dealerships over the years, but the North Melbourne Service department is by far the best. Will have no hesitation in returning!
