  Dropped in on the fly when a minor issue arose on my car, very quick repair but needed to be repaired for the vehicle to be safe for all on the road. Even though busy managed to resolve my car fault, and were thorough still which is what I like. They care about your safety and want you to drive away with a great customer experience. If waiting you may even be offered a coffee, water, etc sometimes. Call a week or more in you advance, you might be able to have a loan car whilst serviced. If you ever an issue/problem don't feel bad to talking it through with them. They want to offer the best service possible. I would be lying if I said I had a perfect repair record at Jarvis, but we have worked through the issues when they arose relatively easy. I'm happy with outcomes.

  This could be the worst customer service I never seen. Called Jarvis to book our new car paint protection here, with original agreement, there is a free loan car provide during the time. Walk into the store and they refused to offer the free loan car because "we haven't tell them we need one". It has been written in the agreement and there is no one ask them during the booking process.We are asking to discuss this issue with manager, can't believe how rude the manager is, and he asked us leave the store without any reason.

  Get car serviced here regular and very happy with the service received and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended
