  Dealt with Meg. Absolutely 5 star customer service. We reside some 5.5 hours away and Meg arranged transport to our home at a very reasonable cost and even gave us a discount off the ticket price. Here communications between our order and delivery have been second to none. Highly recommend this store and Meg,.pgrade

  Really bad customer service. Manager is rude and inpatient, doesn't listen to customer's story and only go with what he thinks of his solution. He doesn't understand how the customer feels and doesn't give customer options. So disappointed with the customer service. I would never go back there again.

  Bought a king size plush Sealy off these guys and 6 months later there was a terrible sag in it. Sealy did not want to exchange the bed though they acknowledged there was a warranty issue and I was very concerned I was going to be stuck with a sagging bed. Luckily I spoke with justin who was able to sort out an exchange. I exchanged my bed for a king Koil and it has now been 6 months and I have not had any issues with it. I am really happy that they did the right thing when Sealy did not.

  Horrible customer service, never get time frame on delivery right... mattress got delivered marked had to order new one. Just plain horrible service.
