::Had issues with a quality matress purchased several years ago and well out of warranty. We went back to 40 Winks Hervey Bay with the intention of buying a new mattress but Adam (the manager) offered to contact the maker's management to see what could be done. We ultimately ended up with a new mattress of the same brand at a ridiculously cheap price and all our problems were solved. Adam did all this without receiving any benefit apart from the satisfaction of having a happy customer. We would highly recommend the Hervey Bay branch of Forty Winks. Roger and Jackey B
