::After my surgery for a rota cuff tear in the shoulder, I was referred to Freedom Physio for physio and exercises. to achieve the best recovery possible. Jordon provided excellent service. He worked out an exercise routine that progressively changed each week due to my improvement of movement. The physio was expertly done, and I felt that I was in very safe hands.
