  We purchased a dining table at this “quality” store. Had it home for 4 weeks and the wood split at both ends. We can not get our money back. Have only been offered replacement or store credit. Absolutely worst store we have dealt with. Extremely poor customer service

  Don't, just don't. Spend your money somewhere where they give a damn. Worst buying experience of my life. I have a nice lounge suite now, but what a drama, arrogant, thoughtless staff and a third party delivery service that is a joke, I worked up more of a sweat helping them, than they did delivering my purchase 4 days late! One star review due to no zero option.

  A beautiful store full of beautiful furniture but very disappointed with my recent purchase . After spending $4000 on what I thought was a quality dining setting and organising it to be delivered I arrived home to several flat pack boxes. I wasn't advised it was a DIY setting and if I had known could have gone to IKEA for a fraction of the price. Very poor service. I still have several more furniture items I need to purchase and will be looking at Aquire in Bunbury who put all their furniture together before delivery . If only I had known . Extremely disappointed.
