  Avoid this place. No shower screen and no water!! Went to shower after being at concert and no water!! Had to checkout because couldn't fix shower and no other rooms. 3 people in room but only 2 towels and 2 mugs. Was told it was up to us to fully check the facility on arrival. Really!! 3 people, 3 of everything. It's that simple. Only thing positive is location to train.

  Clean. Well priced. Easy enough to get to. Quieter than I expected being on such a busy road. Staff were polite. Interior courtyard is a great idea but could do with more 'garden' to reflect the name, though it was very well maintained.

  Went there to book a room, the service was absolutely appalling. All I asked was if we could book a room the person behind the counter walked away, shook her head and didn’t come back. What a shame, I’m sure the rooms would’ve been nice but I didn’t even get the chance to see all because of the terrible customer service. Time to hire new people I think!!!!

  Clean and welcoming. Bed had a cheap mattress. Small things missing - no bathroom face cloth. No free water. Small things that I've come to expect in similar priced hotels that just make the difference.

  A good location and very handy to public transport. The rooms were comfortable and the traffic on Parramatta Road didn't bother me at all. There is a convenience store next door and a few good places to eat nearby on the southern side of Summer Hill station.
