They dont treat a whole person. Just look at the symptoms...and get youcome back over and over again. Not interested in curing you.Just want to charge you extra

Awesome clinic. Went here a few years back after an accident on my bike on the way to work and was lucky enough to see Veronica Kolos. She is an exemplary doctor. She is a great listener. She explains things so that they are easy to understand but is never patronising. I never felt rushed during visits but somehow they managed to run completely to schedule. Nurses were wonderful and reception staff professional and friendly. I have moved away from the area now but miss this clinic.

I Have been going here for years. The staff are efficient and they do have a fax machine! Very funny to read other wise. I have one regular Doctor which is AMAZING. I have also seen a few of the other Doctors in this practice and they were all outstanding. I highly recommend this practice. The fee's are $85ish for a standard appointment or $110 for a long appointment. And of course there is the Medicare rebate! So it does not cost $85 or $110 per visit. I don't thing these prices are outrageous, and if they are, it's worth every penny.

This is not a good surgery practice. All they care is extended consultations to charge you extra. I was told to have vacination by the GP there. She said that I do not need a consultation again on the day I have my vaccination as she recommended it already. All I need is to turn up and meet a nurse. Few days later I called them again to book for vaccination and they said I would still need to see a doctor who will just pop in while the nurse gives me the injection. This will cost me $85 for her pure presence and then another $75 for the injection. I think not! The GP also needs to send the Referal Letter to the Outpatient Department of the Hospital but she asked me to do it instead as they don't have the fax machine, yet I am still charged full course for that. A short consultation is $85 and a longer one is $140. You tell me if it's worth it. The staff are not very friendly
