  Good location, lovely old historical home, comfortable bed, would be good to have a face washer with our linen I had to go shopping to buy one. Also a jug of cold water in the fridge in the breakfast room would have been good.

  This is an amazing experience living in an antique house. Walking distance to Westfield Shopping Center, the beach, Geelong Station and the Botanical Garden. The inner look and the interior were like an old school style but very well match together and well maintained. You'll be feeling like living in the begin of 20th century. Paul - the landlord - does really has a good taste. If you ring him for booking, don't let his deep accent fool you as he's very cool and so laid back, a very respectful man. The only thing you may need to consider is the house faces the 2 main streets, the windows are double glaze which is really good stopping the noise from outside, but still you can hear the trucks, and if you're a fussy sleeper then... and if you love being quiet then you don't want to stay on weekend or busy days as you will hear people walking down the hall. Overall, I had really good experience staying on this venue and will definitely come back. You can easily tell why there're so many good review on every website!👍

  Fantastic place to stay. Beautiful house, beautiful convenient location and Paul was an amazing host. Wish I could have stayed longer!

  Heritage building in central location of Geelong CBD. Very comfortable and off-street parking.

  Very comfy, very laid back, turn of the century charm. Relaxed atmosphere & a congenial host.
