::The waffles and ice cream were delicious! I absolutely loved the chocolate ice cream with the chunks of chocolate pieces, as well as the coconut and chocolate ice cream. Store ambience, however, needs work. Things looked disorganized with large boxes and storage junk behind the counter that should have been hidden away. The music would suddenly blast out loud then go quiet when customers would order. Perhaps try a more peaceful and chill store look and ambience.

::BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE RUINED OUR DAY!! My girlfriend and I went to this shop today, the staff was very rude with my girlfriend and I want to complain. After this experience, I will not go there again where it is obvious you are not welcome.

::Nice place to stop off for a cool treat when in Queen St Mall. Special flavours change frequently. No place to sit inside, but there are benches outside on Albert St mall area.
