  The massage therapists are knowledgable and are able to relieve pain through massage. We will recommend their services.

  Awesome professional and friendly team. We have Been clients for years. Highly trained and knowledgeable staff. Slightly more expensive but definitely worth it for a good therapeutic massage. Definitely feel much better after each treatment

  Superb treatment and service. Over the years I have seen numerous therapists for various sports injuries at Get Active and I have been able to count on them every time. They are highly knowledgeable, friendly and super informative. They not only look after you during the sessions but also help you manage injuries post appointment to ensure that you can return to normal activities and reduce the risk to re-injury. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

  Cannot recommend Aya Itakura more highly. She is amazing. I no longer have constant back pain (which I have struggled with for years) and she has helped source other health issues I had no idea about. She really understands the human body and takes the time to get to know each patient personally (which is a change from most other physics/masseuse professionals I've been too). 100% recommend.

  HIGHLY RECOMMENDED team of physios! Tom is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He explains things to you easily and has a genuine caring nature towards his patients. Over the past 6 months, Tom has helped me with a recurring 'clicking' sound in my knee. After only 2-3 visits, I began to see improvements and had more mobility. Thanks to Tom, I can now bend my knee without any clicking sound and I have been able to return to my regular gym exercises. Very happy patient!! :)
