  Hi Alice, I wanted to drop you a line to say thank you so much for my pendant. It is much more beautiful than I had hoped for. In particular, the effort and time that you spent with us in selecting the perfect Opal, allowing us to view so many different options, and even trusting us to take these out of the store with you, was very welcome. It did make the whole process of buying this all the much easier. We were also impressed with your honesty in not trying to sell us the thinner one of which you put aside. That right there elevated your stature in one small motion. The suggestion of the claw setting was definitely the right one. The colours on each edge are amazing, and if it were set in bezel, a lot of the beauty would have been missed. Thank you also for the white gold setting. As you saw, I am not a gold person, however this allows it to blend nicely with the rest of my pieces. Our truly wonderful experience with you really made the purchase worthwhile, and thank you also for our 'special' discount. Thank you so much!!
