::Had a pedicure at this place- not great! Had to ask for hot water as water was luke warm. The young man seemed to be a bit of a novice to pedicures. Used no cuticle cream. Hardly any filing of hard skin. Had to ask him to use metal blade on hard skin. You have to pay an extra $5 for this!! Hardly used any foot lotion and no massage at all!! The only reason I am not rating as 1 star is because I had lost my big toe nail in an accident and one of the female assistants put on a false one and did a good job of making it look real. All in all avoid this place and go elsewhere. The back massager was great eithet- too hard and not at all relaxing☹

::Horrible service! I walked in one evening after work and politely enquired if they had any availability, and showed them a picture of what I wanted and if it was possible. The young girl at the counter said the style was fine and they would have a seat free in 10 minutes if I could come back then. I of course was happy to do this, but when I came back she said I had to wait a further 10 minutes.... This happened twice more. Had I been told initially it would be a 40+ minute wait then I would have been better prepared. The last time I came back I didn't make it unnoticed how unimpressed I was, they said I should have known how busy they were. A man then came to the counter and took me to a seat. Not a seat at the table, but a seat next to the display. I waited for some time, even had another client ask me to fix their nail! Finally I was seated! I had a young girl man-handle my nails, roughly cut my cuticles and buff the nail (and the surrounding skin too), I showed her the picture and she spoke to someone in her own language. Then a younger man next to her asked me 'what colour' and I again politely showed my picture, he said again 'what colour' and passed me the colour wheel. Then the man who seated me took over and started to apply the tips and acrylic quite roughly. I asked him not to make the nail too long as I have quite small hands and nails and anything overly large tends to look gaudy, but he refused saying they needed to me long. He then asked what colour gel and I again show my picture explaining what I wanted in the first place said it couldn't be done, he then tried to find 'similar' colours to what I wanted. In the end my hands were sore and red and the nails were not what I wanted. I was tired from being there so damn long and over the whole ordeal. I paid and left without a further word. Crappy management from all involved, why say yes in the first place if it cannot be done?? If a person shows a picture of what they want, don't get their hopes up and get them in a seat just to take their money and give them something else. It's incredibly dishonest. Never again will I come here, nor will I recommend this place to anyone who asks.

::Very unprofessional. They are Vietnamese and they spoke in their language complaining about me when I asked to show some other colors since I wanted to have a look at the other colors after I told them I want to get the french gel. This lady made me really feel uncomfortable even sitting there with giving my hand. I felt like i am doing her favor or sth. I asked for thicker french gel, but she was giving face and try to do thiner. then I told her "no, thicker" then she was like "what do you want?" . Very rude. I went there to refresh my mood no to ruin. They change themselves to another lady. she was better than her but they were talking very loud in their language saying something bad about me. I don't understand but obviously I could feel it. I had to complain to the owner. This is my first time complaining. They also charged full price for removing gel which I had a bit left on my about 5 fingers. and since I didn't want to get MANICURE? which is 10 more extra dollars for get my cuticles clean, they didn't even want me to cut myself with their tools. VERY POOR SERVICE. I have gotten nails in all over the world many times but it is very bad they made the customer uncomfortable and with poor service. the quality is ok. The owners are nice they tried to make up but it was already things happened. I wouldn't go back.

::Finally have found the best place in Adelaide to get my SNS done! Have been here 3 times so far and have been very happy with the look of my nails straight after and how long they have lasted. Have seen Kim the last 2 times and she has done such a perfect job. They were also happy to not file my nail bed with the electric file (have found many places to be rude and get stroppy about this for some reason) and they soak off existing SNS properly with the foils. Highly recommended.
