  I was told the vaccum cleaner i wanted wasn't on sale and they didn't have it in stock . But funny enough it was starring me right in the face and i choose not to say anything. So was shown an expensive model vaccum cleaner that didn't interest me at all. The product i wanted was still advertised on Tv. I ended up buying else were on the principal of it.

  Stood in the shop waiting to make a purchase for at least 10 to 15 before even being acknowledged by the sales person. Least he could have done acknowledge there was a customer and say, I will be with you shortly. What a pity this was the only place I could get the product O required. Won't be shopping here again if I can help it.

  I have been dealing with this store the last couple of years....welcoming into the store & service is always brilliant. Congratulations Bunbury store...would highly recommend to anyone.
