::Same as so many others here had a thoroughly disappointing experience with this business. Just got my bond through RTA and tribunal court. They ended up with $75 while trying to keep $800. Just stay away from this shonky business but if you are in the trap already, make sure lodge your bond refund form first thing with RTA and take as many as photos as possible. Keep in mind they will do anything to take your bond if you let them.

::I'm sensing a pattern with all these reviews. Yes the positive reviews are from the real estates themselves leaving positive feedback on their own agency? That tells you something. I had a similar experience as Ian. When I moved in there was meat in the fridge, dirty socks and q tips on the ground but when I left the place cleaner then I found it my bond was also taken off me. When I emailed them a million times for cleaning receipts they never responded to me and claimed they never received the emails. This is my personal experience and personal recommendation is to be careful renting from them. I'd give 0 out of 5 stars if google would let me
