::Used to love Gorman, for years actually, but a recent customer experience has put me off. The Paddington store manager made the experience very unpleasant and was completely unconcerned with my customer experience, but rather concerned with being able to resell an item from last season.

::One of the bigger Gormans I've visited, the girls working there are super friendly-their card machine wasn't working and they were being very efficient in fixing it and at the same time chatting to me. I will be going back to this Gorman!
