  The doctors here are all excellent. However as many others comment the front desk staff aren’t so. You are never alerted when the doctors are running late and even if you ring they say they are on time. Just beware average waiting time is one hour. And reception staff don’t care one bit and are often rude.

  I have been attending GP on Beaufort for many years now and have always found the reception staff friendly and helpful. I am currently seeing Dr Darren Kester and am absolutely impressed with his attention to detail, his manner and diligence in following up on matters arising from the consultation.

  The best I have been too my doctor always see me either on time or before time.

  You do have to wait a long time usually, but the flip side of that is I have never felt my GP watching the clock when I'm in with him. You're in the for as long as is needed and I've always felt thoroughly taken care of. The nurses are also wonderful. One or two of the front desk staff I've found a bit snarky and passive-aggressive and these toxic people can cast a shadow over a whole place - the other people reporting this are not wrong. However, the last couple of times I was here, they appear to have gotten new front desk staff and this has made all the difference. Been coming here with the family for ten years and would still recommend it.

  Extremely disappointed. Waited for over 50 min for an appointment which was for my sick little boy , whilst my husband was at home minding our newborn. Time is precious and so is money! . Left very disappointed , not too mention we drove 15 min to get there! . For a private practice there sure is no time management or service provided. Save your money and your time! . 9.30am appointment! how can you even be that far behind on schedule?
