  Dont make the same mistake i did, i took my engine in for a full rebuild and they did nothing but let me down, to the point i refuned it and went eles where, paid them full and i would ring up every week to fortnight for a update on the parts to see if they came yet and it was always, nah where waiting on timing chain and other things, 5 months go by and there still telling me the same thing blamimg it on how old my bike is when its only 2001 model and when i got an itemized list of parts from them they ordered in 2 or 3 more parts then they should of just to get that extra dollar up Then i went in there randomly yesterday to refund it all and all of the parts that they said were not there, were acctully all in a box ready to work on the engine, this whole time they been telling me there waiting on parts they acctully could have rebuilt my engine and save the bad review angry customers but i guess they had bigger bikes to work on and bigger money to make, definitely not a recommendation there rude aswell as dishonest and money hungry, makes graeme boyds name look really bad and my family no not go there anymore and will never have a good name by us ever would rather drive to sydney then get hustled again

  I brought my bike here for a service and new tyres. Everybody here is helpful and willing to assist any way they can. The service was quite thorough and I could see all the components that had been lubricated. You will not be disappointed coming here for anything bike related.

  Was approached by Brett for assistance as soon as I arrived at the dealership. Put a hold on a Yamaha MT-03 LAMS. Brett and Leo were flexible with me sorting out my finance and licensing in the meantime. Both gentlemen very forward with providing information about the bike and purchasing process. Brett even delivered to my house at Port Stephens for a competitive fee, running me through some last minute pointers before he hit the road. Thanks again lads!

  I was hoping that this store would be the next local store i would come back to for my sons dirt bike parts but i rather travel to cessnock to get the parts i need as i had a long day at work and walked into graeme boyd just to get humiliated with a "FAT" joke! The last thing i need while i am pregnant just to get made fun out of was disgusting behaviour for an older adult.. My one star goes to the one decent bloke there that stood up for me but i am surly never going to recommend this place to anyone!

  Having just bought a Hayabusa from these guys , I can honestly say that the staff is friendly and helpful , and I would say that most of the people there are genuine motorcyclists themselves , not just another sales team , are they prefect ? No , but who is ? Very happy with the bike , thanks .
