::What can I say, we celebrated our wedding here with 160 of our nearest and dearest and what a night. The attention to detail, the staff and the food, OMG, the food was on point, perfectly executed and delicious. Since then we've been back for Birthdays, Anniversaries, Other People's weddings, or just a quick bite on our way home from work. Every time we're made to feel welcome and the food is consistently superb. We enjoy the window tables the most, quiet, private with a great view of the goings on below.

::Came here for a few drinks and a quick bite before the tennis. The decor is fantastic and the bar is very nice and intimate - a great place for a night cap after dinner or somewhere to go for a date as it's not too loud for proper conversation. Service is top notch and I will have to try the buffet next time as it looks pretty good!

::Beautiful hotel in town I was there last weekend on Saturday(20/0102018) for a beautiful wedding and the reception looks mad. The way it was decorated it was amazing. The staffs were very polite and serve us well. The food was so yummy👌👍. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who visit Melbourne.

::Really miss this grand hotel! Excellent services and great staff, very professional and polite. Walked in and was greeted by lovely employees. Rooms are of exceptional standards and very clean and luxurious. Wonderful breakfast and dinner buffets and I could just sit there and eat all day. Nice open views to the city and easy access to transport. Highly recommend staying here, it’s well worth your money.

::They just do things right at the Hyatt. Staff are attentive but not in your face, service impecable. Stayed on executive floor and used lounge for breakfast and drinks/ nibbles in evening. Both presented with good food and variety. Staff even sent bottle of wine for anniversary up to room. Well done Hyatt
