  I had a transaction show up on my account. I did not buy anything and they closed my account straight away. Ordered a new card and filled forms out for me to have this investigated. Top friendly and professional service.

  Its a great experience to have an account in this bank because the staff is pleasant and experienced. The working is smooth. One can feel the bank has a vision and moral values. I really hope this bank grows and has more branches and ATMs and more facilities so that customers like us can associate more with a good bank like this.

  The ladies in my branch are alway super friendly and helpful.. They call me by name and know me every time. They talk to my kids to make the visit and banking fun for them too.. They are great. Have banked with the greater for nearly 20 years.

  The staff are always so helpful to all my needs. Such a lovely bunch. Rates are great and minimal fees. Always a pleasure dealing with the Greater Bank.
