  I am frequent shopper at Gucci, and i must say that i have never received more poor service at any other place in the world than sydney. To top it off, this specific store has very rude staff. Do yourself a favour and purchase from either one of their online retailers or the website.

  Terrible customer service, very long wait and rude staff with bad attitude. Don’t even bother going there! Only reason I made a purchase was because they didn't have stock in other branches.

  Worst customer service, Store Manager was dry asked her for help she said "ok" (with a angry face.) Asked her can I try the bag she replied "im talking to somone else" when really shes the one who said ok when I asked for help. The Only employee worker there I believe her name was Jessica, she was so sweet and nice the only one there that was so helpful thats the only reason I gave 3 stars, if not for her I would of given 1 star.

  Good service. Been shopping at this store for a while now. Placed order for bags and shoes that had to be shipped over to Sydney with no problems. I was always notified when the goods arrived in store. I am happy with the level of service provided.

  Number world's leading brands I love it it's one of my friends I might come and see you soon and I'll Place another one saying how old is treated public service in Australia I hope it's not yes
