  WOULD BE NICE IF THE 24HOUR EMERGENCY LOCKSMITH PROVIDED MY THE PROPERTY MANAGER COULD ACTUALLY BE CONTACTED IN AN EMERGENCY SITUATION.

  $45 to get a car key cut, I provided the blank. The guy walked out the back saying he would check if he was able to cut it, and walked back 5 mins later with the key cut, no quote provided. Poor business practice. I shouldn't have paid what was asked in retrospect, but had no idea what the service was worth - last time I had a key cut it cost $5. If I had of known how much they charged I wouldn't have proceeded. Curious, I was later quoted $25 at a boot and key shop for the same job. I give HA Reed 2 stars on balance because the key works fine.

  I have purchased safes from H.A. Reed since 2009, first a small one for private and later commercial grade use. While the fist purchase was based on the fact that we just walked past the company’s office, following purchases where based on the great service this company provides. Prices are very fair, product quality great and the level of service just amazing. Nick the owner is great to deal with and even drove twice 150km to our location to insure that a safe and special door locks where moved and fixed perfectly. Greg, who installed safes and locks for us is doing a great job, very experienced, careful and super friendly. H.A. Reed certainly deserves y a 5* Rating – couldn’t be better and highly recommend the company to anyone looking for new safe or locks.
