::As a bloke I Had my hair cut by the beautiful Dana. I rocked up and the staff while extremely busy were accomodating to the urgency of my haircut. I have curly hair so not always the easiest to cut. She gave me the best head wash and massage I’ve ever had, and the hair cut was the best I’ve had for 10 years! Most shopping centre hair dresses give me a mullet! Not this one! I’d like to say that she (Dana) was incredible to chat to as well. Hairhouse Warehouse is lucky to have this girl! She even upsold me on shampoo, as she did a great job, why not I thought. I would highly recommend! My experience was nothing like any of the others!

::Twice I have had my hair done here by two different hairdressers and both times l left disappointed. They are very overpriced-the second time I paid $285 for a lavender colour that washed out within a week and then turned blue, despite using the recommended products and following care instructions. When I addressed this issue with Dayna she offered to fix it by putting a warmer purple over the top which is not the colour I wanted so instead I asked for a refund and was given $40 back. I am extremely disappointed and will not recommend this salon to anyone. I will never go back.

::Is customer harassment the "done thing" these days? I made an appointment on Wed for my lunch hour on Fri (today), advising the staff member that was the only time available to me. 30 minutes after making my appointment & leaving the store, my phone rings asking me to confirm my appointment time for Fri. Surprised and joking that I wasn't given time to even forget that I'd made the appointment, I confirmed it. Thursday afternoon, I get a phone call asking if I wished to move my appointment to an earlier time on Fri morning. I politely declined, stating that I work full-time and my booking was made for my lunchtime. 9am this morning, the staff member calls & introduces herself to which I (quite briskly) tell her I'm regretting providing my phone number to their establishment as I have received 3 calls from them about my appointment in the 3 days...which anyone would consider to be overkill and borderline harassment. No intelligent guesses needed why I have cancelled my appointment. My first hairdresser booking experience with this company leaves a bad impression, which is a bit confusing as I've been a regular walk-in customer for their hair products at this store and previously found the staff welcoming...not pushy.

::5 stars for the angel who did my hair....(I think her name was Kaylie..or Kayler) the best hair cut I've ever had.... but the older woman short hair on the til was "I just want your money". Another customer service FAIL.
