  Room was tiny. No room view was of a brick wall. Turned aircon on for 5 minutes and it dripped all over the bed no towels in the room and the shower was dirty photos and description didn't match the facilities. Apon arrival extra charges were informed for parking when advised it was provided. Deposits taken for room that were not outlined in the room booking.

  Good location, central & on free tram route, rooms a little tired, we were in deluxe, big stretch of the imagination, more like very standard.

  This building is situated closely to the CBD, which is probably the best part about it. Unfortunately, the rooms are dated; without the modern surroundings, it felt like we were in a 'normal old motel.' Although, there were amenities that suited our needs and upon request, we could move to another room, only because of WiFi issues. All in all, I would come back again, only until they have sorted their internet and telephone connections.

  房間非常大，物超所值，可以看到墨爾本之星，地點也在free zone 理頭，搭車跟走路都很方便，到機場也很快，有陽台的房間可以到陽台看市景跟夜景，房間就有廚房很方便，如果幾天的旅遊，這個酒店非常適合

  GREAT LOCATION, AVERAGE APARTMENTS, MASSIVE POTENTIAL I have been here a few times, as it is great value for money on a last minute city break. The location is great on the corner of Spencer and Latrobe Streets and literally is across the road from Southern Cross station and great if you going to Ehitad Stadium for a show or the footy. Staff are friendly enough and check in is hassle free but the apartments is where the low point is, they are very dated and dark, which doesn't do justice to the great potential this complex has, but its functional and has the basics of what you need. They have a parking lot which is next door and secured and is $11 for the night and there are plenty of great eateries and bars around.
