  An absolute joke and disgrace of a store, filthy salesmen with no care factor or after sales assistance. As soon as you buy (especially) a TV from this store they wash there hands of any issues in the future. Mangers a rude pompous people who instead of listening to your issues with a product they sold you, they merely talk about issues they've had with other products out side of the store. As my family and I purchased a TV here worth nearly $5000 this store immediately washed there hands of the issues we had just 3 months after with the TV not turning on what so ever, and again having issues with another unit a year later. This is a ridiculous place to shop and I encourage anyone reading or thinking of purchasing a product from here to think again. Disgraceful that people treat you the way these GLORIFIED salesmen do at this shop. Shop at JBHIFI where customer care and assistance seems to be more of a priority. Mr. Harvey you stores are a joke and the Marion Road store is a clear example of your pitiful and disgraceful methods of running your business. I and anyone I know will NEVER be shopping here or at any of your stores again, and I will continue to spread the word of you filthy and cringe worthy antics for years to come.....

  I recently visited the Marion Harvey Norman store to get some advice (with the intent to purchase) a microwave and computer printer. Whilst browsing around the microwaves I noticed four sales staff in close proximity to where I was who were preoccupied in a conversation with each another and not one of them took the initiative to step forward and offer me assistance. I walked out the store disappointed in the lack of sales service and took my business to The Good Guys (Marion) who bent over backwards to assist me - needless to say they got a few hundred dollars business from me. If the store was busy at the time, which it wasn't, then I would of been accepting of the situation and would have been prepared to wait until someone was able to assist with my query. As the old adage goes, "nothing spreads like bad news" and Harvey Norman certainly won't be getting any recommendations from me in the future.

  My wife and I were very happy with the service we received today. We went looking for a bed and ensemble and purchased what we were looking for and at a good price. We had been at other stores but Harvey Norman were far superior. Overall we were very happy.

  We go to Harvey Norman for good service and prices. This visit lived up to our expectations. Salesperson Lara was very good and informative on the products and the delivery guys were awesome. One small hitch. Missing a shelf in fridge door. I am sure this will be rectified as soon as I make them aware of it.

  Extensive choice of products, however was very disappointed with dishonest practice of the salesman and lackadaisical service. After standing around and waiting for service in the mobile phone area, l observed sales staff having casual chats among themselves and who did not have the courtesy to offer customer service or acknowledge the presence of a client. Mr Harvey Norman - is this the way that sales staff should treat clients. Eventually approached a salesman who did not seem interested in making a sale. To add insult l was charged $10 more than the marked price for a Samsung galaxy S 7. When l questioned the cashier l was told the price was correct. When l pointed out this to the cashier and the salesman, no apology was offered. I was disgusted with the service and walked out. I bought the mobile phone at the Good Guys next door in Marion and got it at a reduced price which was $40 lower than what l was prepared to pay at Harvey Norman on Marion. The service at Good Guys was fantastic. At this rate, with such inefficient and dishonest staff, Harvey Norman are bound to lose more valuable clients. Mr Harvey Norman, please address this asap - such staff do not deserve to be in your employ. It seems that the mobile phone staff is an issue in this store as evident by feedback provided by Debby recently.
